More than a rebound! Scott Disick and Amelia Gray Hamlin took their time making their relationship Instagram official — but their connection was fiery from the very beginning.
The twosome were first linked in October 2020 when they were spotted together at Kendall Jenner‘s Halloween-themed birthday bash. Two months prior, Us Weekly confirmed that Disick split from his girlfriend of nearly three years, Sofia Richie.
“Scott is doing his own thing,” a source revealed of the Flip It Like Disick star after he was spotted with the daughter of Harry Hamlin and Lisa Rinna. “[He] is in a good place and dating around.”
At the time, Disick had also been photographed with models Bella Banos and Megan Blake Irwin — but his chemistry with Amelia continued to heat up. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and the California native didn’t publicly address the relationship rumors early on, but between their flirty exchanges on social media and their PDA-filled dates, the duo weren’t fooling their eagle-eyed fans.
As speculation continued to grow, Amelia clapped back at “judgmental” critics of the age gap between her and Disick, who’s 18 years her senior. “People can embrace themselves however they feel fit for them at that moment in time,” she wrote via her Instagram Story in December 2020. “People grow. People learn to love themselves more and more.”
While some social media users took issue with the rumored romance, the reality star received support from ex Kourtney Kardashian and her family. “They really like the two of them together and think Amelia is a great influence on Scott,” a source told Us exclusively in January 2021, one month before the couple confirmed their relationship. “Scott and Amelia are in a really good place. They have a lot of love and respect for each other and it shows.”
Disick previously dated Kardashian on and off from 2006 to 2015. The exes are parents of children Mason, Penelope and Reign, who joined their dad and Amelia on a fun-filled date at the Sugar Factory in Miami in February 2021.

“They had so much fun and enjoyed a genuine family dinner,” an eyewitness told Us of the outing. “Scott and Amelia were super sweet and playful with all of the kids. … It was super cute.”

Two months after he and Sofia called it quits, Disick and Amelia stepped out together at Jenner's 25th birthday party. Disick dressed as the title character from the 1994 film Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, donning a floral shirt and striped pants, while Amelia sported a pink wig and candy bra.

The twosome exchanged flirty messages on social media as dating rumors continued to swirl. "Almost 2021 lookin like…" Amelia teased alongside a glammed up photo before the new year. Disick replied with a cheeky message, writing, "8 to a 12 real quick." The model shot back, "5 to 20."

Eagle-eyed KUWTK fans were convinced that Amelia shared a handful of steamy Instagram Stories from Disick's bathroom at his Hidden Hills home. Her underwear-clad selfie came shortly after Disick dropped another round of flirty comments on Kardashian's social media posts.

Finally official! The pair confirmed their romance after months of speculation when they celebrated Valentine's Day together in Miami. "Why so serious," Disick teased via his Instagram Story at the time alongside a snap of him and Amelia side-by-side at dinner. "Just kiddin [sic]," he wrote in a separate post.

The couple continued their fun-filled Florida getaway with a jet ski adventure and a dinner with Disick's three kids at the Sugar Factory. "Scott and Amelia were super sweet and playful with all of the kids. After dinner Scott, Mason and Amelia were tickling Reign and Penelope and they were laughing," an onlooker said of the group's "upbeat" outing at the time.

The couple enjoyed another Florida vacation in April 2021, strolling hand in hand on the beach and taking a dip in a hotel pool with Amelia's older sister, Delilah Belle Hamlin. They also visited a jewelry shop and stepped out in color-coordinated ensembles.

Rinna, 57, publicly commented on her daughter's relationship for the first time in April 2021, sharing a photo of the pair to her Instagram Story. "Welp we both seem to share a love of bucket hats," the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star joked, referring to Disick's choice of headwear. In March 2021, a source told Us that Rinna and her husband, 69, were "skeptical at first" about the romance, but have since come around. "Seeing their daughter happy makes them feel better about their relationship," added the insider.

A source told Us that Amelia is “not bothered” by Disick’s close bond with Kardashian: “Scott and Amelia have been enjoying spending a lot of time together and hanging out with their friends. Their relationship has been heating up and you can totally tell they’re serious.”
The insider added that the twosome “have more in common than people would think,” despite their age difference. “He sees himself as being younger than he is. Amelia is really mature and acts older than she is, so they get along pretty well.”
Rinna shared her feelings about the relationship during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. “Very similar to what you thought when you met him, he’s more handsome in person,” she told the host. “We had a very nice time. He met Harry. … It is what it is, guys. It is what it is.”

Two days after Amelia celebrated at Disick’s early birthday party, she paid tribute to her boyfriend via Instagram. “Happy birthday my love,” she captioned a series of photos that showed the pair cuddling and holding hands. “You light up my life, and make my world better. I can’t imagine what i would do without you. Thank you for being you. The most caring, loving, special person on this planet. I’m so lucky. I’m so blessed to have met you. I love you.”
