The Good American designer and the Cleveland Cavaliers player sparked romance rumors in August 2016 and made their first appearance as a couple the next month while celebrating Flo Rida’s birthday party at LIV in Miami.
Kardashian has spoken candidly in the past about her and Thompson’s desire to have a big family. “He wants to have, like, five or six kids with me, and that’s lovely,” she said on the season 13 finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. “We could start at one and then grow from there. But now, knowing I’m on birth control, it’s really scary. It’s like a really big step.”

Thompson appeared to kiss another woman at a New York City club in April 2018 in photos and video obtained by the Daily Mail. Kardashian was nine months pregnant when the news broke. Later that same day, TMZ released never-before-seen footage of the NBA player kissing and touching two other women at a hookah lounge in Washington, D.C. in October 2017. In addition to calling the Cleveland Cavaliers star a “piece of s—t” during the November 18 episode of the E! series, the Revenge Body host live-tweeted the episode with fans. I was definitely and completely in shock … I can’t believe I had to deal with this disgusting crap still in the hospital room!” she tweeted.
Kardashian also defended her decision to let Thompson in her hospital room while True was born: “Regardless of what Tristan did to me, I was never going to take that moment away from True or Tristan. She should not be punished for his actions. He is her father and they both deserve to love one another as deeply as They possibly can #KUWTK.”
The couple spent Thanksgiving 2018 together in Cleveland, after the NBA star’s cheating scandal played out on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. “I’m soo blessed,” Thompson wrote on Instagram, posting a photo of himself embracing Kardashian and their daughter, True. “Happy thanksgiving from my family to yours #GiveThanks #blessed”

After viewers saw Thompson gift Kardashian a diamond necklace during a December 2019 episode of KUWTK, she took to Instagram to defend her decision to forgive the NBA player for his past indiscretions.
“Life is short! We are all humans trying to figure out this thing called life … Yes, I’m allowed to feel hurt and pain. It would be unnatural for me to pretend as if I don’t. Personally, I don’t want to be carrying around a hateful heart,” Kardashian wrote. Me holding onto hate is only going to hurt me in the end.
