Still going strong. Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes packed on the PDA in New York City after running a half marathon together earlier this week.

The former coanchors exchanged a kiss by a Manhattan subway station on Thursday, March 23, before walking down the street holding hands. Robach, 50, wore a denim jacket over a black zip-up hoodie, black pants, black boots and aviator-style sunglasses. Holmes, 45, for his part, wore a black fuzzy vest over a long-sleeve white sweatshirt, black joggers, black sunglasses and Balenciaga sneakers.

The twosome completed the 2023 United Airlines NYC Half marathon on Sunday, March 19. They previously ran last year’s race together as GMA3 colleagues and friends, along with Andrew Shue, who Robach has been married to since 2010.

The journalists made headlines in November 2022 when they were seen getting cozy in a series of photos obtained by the Daily Mail. Neither Robach nor Holmes addressed the photos or their relationship status at the time, despite being married to Shue, 56, and Marilee Fiebig, respectively.

Amid the scandal, ABC pulled the duo from the third hour of Good Morning America in December 2022. The following month, the television personalities officially left the network.

“After several productive conversations with Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes, about different options, we all agreed it’s best for everyone that they move on from ABC News. We recognize their talent and commitment over the years and are thankful for their contributions,” ABC said in a January 27 statement via Variety, two weeks after Us Weekly exclusively broke the news that the pair were “out” of the show.

“The network is negotiating with them on their exit deals and an announcement,” a source told Us at the time.

Despite the career setback, Robach and Holmes have continued to pursue their relationship. Earlier this month, a source told Us that the pair have discussed “moving in together and getting engaged.”

The insider continued: “Friends feel they will get engaged soon because they were friends a long time before they became lovers. They have a strong bond.”

While moving forward with Robach, Holmes is in the process of finalizing his split from Fiebig, 45, after filing for divorce in December 2022. The exes — who tied the knot in 2010 — share 10-year-old daughter Sabine. The former CNN correspondent is also the father of son Jaiden and daughter Brianna with ex-wife Amy Ferson.

Robach, for her part, shares daughters Ava and Annalise with ex-husband Tim Macintosh. Annalise spent some quality time with her stepfather and Shue’s oldest son Nate earlier this month, sharing a photo of the pair on her Instagram Story on March 12. In addition to Nate, Shue shares sons Aidan and Wyatt with ex-wife Jennifer Hageney.

Although the Melrose Place alum is continuing to spend time with his stepdaughters, a source told Us last month that Shue and Robach were “not on the best terms.”

The insider added: “[Andrew] wants nothing to do with [Amy] leaving GMA and her being with T.J. … He’s taking it hard because the whole thing has been so messy.”
